"I was totally confused today when, while going through some unopened mail, I found an insurance renewal notice for our vehicle. It was for a higher premium that I had paid two weeks ago, and to be effective 10 October. I called the Ron Smith office and had the pleasure of being connected to Ellie Traver. I gave her my name and offered to give the policy number, but she replied "I already have you on my screen." Gee, no need for birth date, color of eyes, etc., such as is so common these days. Ellie quickly explained that, due to policy adjustment, our premium had been lowered, that I had paid the correct premium, and that we are covered until April. To me, Ellie has to be Employee of the Week, or at least of the Day. We've been with Ron Smith for 30 years, and it definitely is a First Class agency.
